New beta firmware v.27beta4 released
After the major update regarding the ROM identification/testing feature
in v.26beta2 that seems to be stable, some logic IC definitions have
been improved and added.

v.26beta2, which seems to be stable, some logic IC definitions have been
improved and added, e.g. DM9000, DM9001, 74259, 74381/74382 renamed to
74F381/74F382, 74381, 74382.
Also a strange IC has been added. The 75361 seems to exist as DIP-8 and
DIP-14, so you can select a DIP-8 and a DIP-14 from the menu now.
This will probably be the last beta version before the release of v.27.
We updated several sub routines to speed up
writing on SD card. Since this changes some code I add another testing
cycle for this firmware release.
